2. Service Description

AstrumVex provides lead generation and marketing automation services designed to help businesses identify, target, and convert high-quality prospects. Our services include but are not limited to:

• AI-powered prospect identification and targeting
• Multi-channel marketing campaign management
• Lead scoring and qualification services
• Real-time analytics and reporting
• CRM integration and data management

3. Payment Terms

Our pricing is based on a pay-per-replied-lead model. You will only be charged for leads that actively respond to your campaigns. Payment terms are as follows:

• Charges apply only to qualified leads that respond to your campaigns
• Pricing ranges from $30 to $100 per replied lead based on your selected plan
• Monthly billing cycles with payment due within 30 days of invoice
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of AstrumVex services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your business and target audience
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding marketing and data privacy
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use our services only for legitimate business purposes
• Not engage in any activities that could harm our platform or other users

5. Data Privacy and Protection

• Compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable privacy regulations

6. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service availability. We reserve the right to:

• Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of AstrumVex services are owned by AstrumVex and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our algorithms
• Use our trademarks or branding without written permission

8. Limitation of Liability

AstrumVex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

• You will be responsible for all charges incurred up to the termination date
• We will provide you with your data in a standard format
• All rights and obligations will cease except those that by their nature should survive

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
